Refund Policy

CS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS has a strict no refund policy. Once a user has enrolled in a course, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
1. Non-Refundable Situations

• If the user has accessed or completed any portion of the course.
• Failure to attend live sessions without prior notice.
• Change of mind after enrolment.
• Technical issues on the user’s side (we provide necessary support to resolve issues).
• Approved Refund will be credited to the Original Payment method within 5-7 Business days.
